EXPOSIBRAM 2012

EXPOSIBRAM Amazônia 2012 brings together the 3rd International Mining Exhibition of the Amazon, with stands sponsored by the leading industry companies and the 3rd Mining Congress of Amazon where the most important subjects of interest to the mining sector will be discussed. In 2010, the event, also held in Belém, attracted approximately 12 thousand people, (one thousand congress participants and eleven thousand visitors). We are predicting that in 2012 this fi gure will be increased to more than 15 thousand.
In its projects the mining industry has been evidencing that the search for a good balance between sustainability and mineral exploration is a growing concern among sector companies. An ever increasing number of projects are designed fully integrated with the communities in their respective areas of infl uence, generating job opportunities, income and a full range of benefi ts. This is the type of production activity the IBRAM and its membership have been arguing for and are expecting to discuss with your company representatives in our event.
