As our country continues to face a crisis impacting financial institutions and markets it is important for AIMBE to promulgate a vision for how medical and biological engineering will be part of the solutions. The 2012 Annual event will focus on the next crucial step, applied biological sciences, where the real future jobs and economic rewards lie for our people, economy, and public health. The 2012 annual event will be positioned as the launching pad for the development of a national strategy.
