Call Center Week presents The Summit to look at changes facing contact centers and address them head on. The event will specifically look at overall call center management including social media strategies for contact centers, leveraging multi-channel touch points, technological advances in software and CRM solutions, enhancing the customer experience and staffing/sourcing (both internally and outsourced).
This event is designed to provide the insight, skills and strategy needed to embrace the "mega trends" and transform the call center. Eventually, call centers won’t be transaction centers; they will be relationship centers. Let’s get ready for the call centers of the future!
