EPLA was not just a business-to-business event, which is the essence of each show, but also a venue for many side events. A rich programme of events was very popular among the visitors. Crowds participated in the seminar organised by the EKOGUMA Association, one of the partners of EPLA. The seminar included a talk by Prof. Władysław M. Rzymski from the Łódź University of Technology about reactive processing in elastomer technology, and a talk about rubber in the automotive industry by Dr. Karol Niciński from the IMPiB Institute (Institute for Engineering of Polymer Materials and Dies). The editorial board of Plastics Review (the media partner) and the Poznań University of Technology (the expert partner) organised a seminar about plastics.
