ANDINA LINK is born in the early 90's, due to the great need for knowledge that existed in America before the market of cable TV and technological convergence. Since 1995, Cartagena (Colombia) has been the site where companies and the operations of CATV, Telco carriers, technology vendors and providers of TV programs, meet to discuss the future of the telecommunications industry from different perspectives: business technological, regulatory and financial.

ANDINA LINK has become the most important event in the region where decision makers, telecom operators, suppliers, academics and regulators meet to discuss the issues most important industry and create or establish new business relationships.

The fifteenth sixth Andina Link will be held 22 to 24 February 2011 at the Convention Center of Cartagena (Colombia) and hopes to receive more than 1,500 visitors and 120 exhibitors of technology and international television programmers.
