The 6th annual World National Oil Companies Congress is where leaders of the world’s NOCs meet each other and their partners to debate and decide the future of the oil and gas business.
The Congress provides a critical platform to create and develop the partnerships necessary to secure success in an uncertain and volatile world. It tackles the big issues – from the E&P challenges of frontier, deepwater and unconventional oil and gas, to the enormous investment requirements in both upstream and downstream projects and the challenges of investing and expanding abroad.
