Toronto Ontario Canada on October 21-23, 2011. The rooms occupy the space on the street level between the main lobby and the Intercontinental
Hotel. Space is assigned on a first-come first-served basis starting at the front of the show room(s) and proceeding to the back until all spaces are filled, so early
booking is recommended.
