Acute Care Psychiatry Clinical Review 2012

The aim of this course is to provide state-of-the-art education on management of acute psychiatric problems with an intended audience of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health along with family practice, internal medicine, and emergency department physicians.

Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

-Analyze and apply strategies for the treatment of unipolar and bipolar depression
-Give examples of strategies for management of Cluster B personality disorder
-Describe treatment options for schizophrenia
