A one day course on the basics of prospecting. If you enjoy the outdoors, have an interest in the environment in which you live, or just want to know more about prospecting. This is an introduction to the basics of what could be a rewarding hobby or a life long profession. Become familiar with common rocks, minerals and their classification, mineral deposit types and associations, land acquisition and maintenance, and prospecting techniques
