This decision has been driven by the needs of our customers, many of whom have been forced to streamline their sales and marketing costs and defer plans to expand into new territories.

All of Reed Exhibitions’ efforts in Asia this year will focus on in-cosmetics Asia (Singapore, 13-15 Oct 2009) as the leading pan-Asian event, with PCHi (Shanghai 10-12 Mar 2010) focusing on the Chinese market.

We will be carrying out a highly targeted marketing campaign to draw visitors from India to in-cosmetics Asia.

India remains a key territory for the industry. Reed Exhibitions plans to run in-cosmetics India in the future and will therefore keep in touch with its stakeholders, in order to organise another event as soon as the global economic circumstances and environment become more favourable
