Oishii Japan 2011 is the first dedicated showcase focused on the world of Japanese food and beverage (F&B), and the setting up of food business outside Japan.

Spinning off from the highly successful Izakaya Expo and Ramen Expo series in Japan, the inaugural exhibition has been staged as an answer to the insatiable appetite for Japanese food and related products and services in Asia, Australasia and the Middle East.

Oishii Japan is an all-encompassing food showcase that caters to business owners and investors in the food business, F&B professionals, as well as buyers from the food retail industry. It incorporates the world of Japanese food and drinks, noodle, food machinery and food franchising.
