Training program on "Cleaner Production/Technology Integrated Environment Management" 2010

The training program is designed to provide the participants with hands-on training on Cleaner Production (CP) Approach and Methodology; Waste Minimization Techniques; Understanding of Environmental Acts, Rules & Regulations, Global Environmental Issues; Cleaner Technologies (CT), Operation & Maintenance Issues along with reduction in production costs and improved productivity. In addition, a few real life industry case studies on water & energy audits and performance up-gradation of Pollution Control Systems would also be covered in the program. The course would involve interactive sessions, presentations, documentary films, case studies, group & lab exercises etc.

The focus groups are the officials/managers from industries & other organizations involved in activities related to improving productivity, cutting costs & improving environment management of the company. Several reputed resource persons/ experts from various institutions including senior officials from MoEF have been identified as Guest faculty for the programs. Upon successful completion of the training a “Training Certificate” would be issued to the participants jointly by MoEF and FICCI.
