GastroNord was arranged for the first time in 1985 and will be arranged for the 11th time in 2012.In the beginning the fair was arranged every third year but since 2006 every second year.
GastroNord is Northern Europe's leading and most important meeting place for the industry.GastroNord with it's integrated bakery section, and Vinordic bring hotels, restaurants, large-scale kithchen catering companies, fast food, retailers, convenience store, bakeries and cafés together for one intensive week.
