Over the last years the topic has attracted large interest from research and practitioners alike. An organisation’s competitive advantage depends on the ability of its people, processes, and systems to manage innovation and seek sustainability. In this regard, information technology and technology innovation are frequently referred as enablers and facilitators of innovation.
