March 21 - 22, 2011    Dubai , United Arab Emirates
This regional training course organized by UNI Strategic is designed to provide you with the latest information on how to achieve best practice in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Pandemic Planning, as well as how to benchmark your organisation against that best practice.

BCM aims to ensure the continued achievement of the organisation’s critical objectives. Day 1 focuses on what is best practice BCM and how can your organisation achieve it so it can survive, protect its people and maintain its critical services in almost any circumstances.

Day 2 focuses on pandemic planning. Future pandemics are inevitable, unpredictable and likely to be unstoppable. A severe pandemic will be one where the virus is both widespread and highly virulent. Such a severe pandemic will inevitably impact on business continuity and may threaten your organization’s very survival. Every organization needs to develop and implement a best practice pandemic plan, separate from, but integrated with its standard Business Continuity Plan (BCP). This course focuses on what organizations need to do to prepare for, respond to and recover from a severe pandemic.

In this Business Continuity and Pandemic Planning Excellence course, the theory of BCM and pandemic planning is presented in an easy-to-follow way from the basics through to advanced levels. Practical issues, challenges and solutions are exposed and case studies of relevance to the participants discussed.
