Our specific objectives are:
·To create bi-directional cross-border sharing and investment linkages between the various stakeholders, in order to foster partnership and cooperation in research, technology and technical know-how.
·To strengthen commercial and technical capabilities of participants by improving their knowledge related to investment regimes between the different stakeholders, for the purpose of economic cooperation.
