April 26 - 28, 2011    Allentown PA , USA
Pennsylvania will once again host a factory built housing show – HOMExpo 2011. Last year's show was postponed due to the weak economy; however, in anticipation of an improved economy plans are underway moving the 2011 show to the spring and back to the York Expo Center.

Industry Days at the show, as in the past, will offer all industry personnel the chance to learn of new trends, new products, new technologies and available services. In addition to the displays, the 2011 show will offer those attending an opportunity to attend morning educational programs. Due to the many changes in lending laws and building codes we felt it is important to offer opportunities for retailers, builders and community owners to understand changes in Federal and State laws and regulations. There will also be opportunities to learn how to market to today's consumers using the latest social media tools. This education/information event is one you can't afford to miss!

Public days are going to be better and bigger. The Pennsylvania show has a long tradition of opening its doors to the general public. This year, is no exception with plans underway to offer more for the consumers to see. First of all we have moved the industry days to begin on Tuesday so that we can have three full days for the public – Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As we have done in the past, homes fully decorated and landscaped will be open for touring, consumers will be able to see firsthand the beauty, variety, and craftsmanship of a factory built home. In addition we plan to have two halls filled with businesses selling products and services for use in any home – built in a factory or built on site. Invited are landscapers, remodelers, specialty contractors, alternative energy providers, shed builders, lawn care products and services, etc. In short, products and services for use in any home.
