DC Finance's Annual Corporate Finance Conference 2011

We expect 700 participants this year, out of which 80% are CEOs and CFOs of mid and large cap firms, 15% are service providers (legal advisors, accountants, ETC) and 5% are sponsors and presenters.
The conference will examine various alternatives for raising capital against the backdrop of the prolonged uncertainty in the global and Israeli economic environments. It will also examine the financing alternatives available to companies: private equity alternatives, bond offerings, securitization, equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, unrated bonds, credit, institutional credit, bond settlements, bank credit, mezzanine funding and other related issues including debt rating, IT projects, Factoring, leasing and other related topics.
