OTC's new Arctic Technology Conference is returning to Houston for ATC 2012. This highly-focused, international conference will address the cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices needed for exploration and production in the Arctic. Created to keep energy professionals on the cutting edge of exploring and producing in the world’s harshest climate, ATC will convene 3-5 December 2012 in at the George R.
