Developmental Test and Evaluation 2011

As DTE plays a prominent part in the development stage, planning and testing, design with alternative solutions improves product quality and mitigate risk of system failure. While militaries need to invest resources conducting this process, DTE helps to minimise cost and schedule overruns, as testing are carried out in various phases of development to ensure performance delivery.

This course aims to discuss the concept, various levels of DTE, operational and technologies capabilities and limitation of new systems development. Topics will also include identifying design risk to ensure systems feasibility. Trainer also aims to discuss on supporting the identification of cost performance trade-offs to obtain a desirable outcome by providing analyses of the capabilities and limitations of alternatives.
