Future Travel Experience Asia 2012

We are delighted to be returning to Kuala Lumpur for FTE Asia 2012. This will be the second in our series of shows in Asia following the highly successful Check-In Asia 2010, which was also hosted by Malaysia Airports. We rebranded the business unit to reflect our broader focus, which extended beyond solving the queues and frustrations at the check-in area, and onto almost every other touchpoint throughout the travel continuum.

Through an outstanding conference, exhibition and social programme, Future Travel Experience Asia will provide inspiration on potential future practices, plus detailed case studies on the range of approaches available, and how to successfully implement these technologies and practices so airlines, airports, handlers, cruise operators, government agencies, rail authorities, destination partners and industry providers can make the best possible decisions regarding the evolution of passenger and baggage processing methods, and other offerings relating to improving the overall passenger experience.
