Annual Meeting of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology 2012

The SPD is currently planning its 38th Annual Meeting for July 11-14, 2012 at the Portola Hotel at Monterey Bay in Monterey, CA. The format of the Annual Meeting includes general plenary sessions with both practical and cutting-edge talks on a wide range of medical and surgical pediatric and dermatologic topics. In addition, the Annual Meeting will include oral presentations of selected abstracts, a poster session and networking receptions.

The SPD Annual Meeting is the annual cornerstone meeting for healthcare professionals with an interest in the care of children with skin disease. In 2010, over 380 health care professionals attended this meeting, including academic pediatric dermatology opinion leaders, clinical pediatric dermatologists, general dermatologists, pediatricians, family physicians, as well as medical extender physician assistants, and nurse practitioners and trainees (fellows, residents, and medical students). Annual Meeting participants include not only professionals from North America but also from academic and clinical programs all over the world.
