Come join AAFA's November 14, 2012 Social Responsibility Committee meeting in Washington, DC to hear from experts and participate in interactive discussions on the latest social compliance issues facing the apparel and footwear industry.

Tentative topics include: conflict minerals – tools for compliance; Burma –  a view from the ground; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement – are we next?; Elections – how will they impact social responsibility issues; and more.

The meeting will be preceeded by AAFA's first-ever traceability seminar. The seminar, titled Do You Know What You Are Wearing: The Growing Need for Traceability in Your Supply Chain, will take place the morning of November 14th, from 7:30 am - 11:45 am, in Washington, DC, only a few blocks from AAFA's Social Responsibility Committee meeting.
