January 21 - 23, 2013    Houston TX , USA
The Topical Meeting on Silicon Monolithic Integrated Circuits in RF Systems (SiRF) was first held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1998 to promote the studies on the RF application of Si-based technologies. It was intended to bring together experts from a wide spectrum of technical background ranging from materials to devices, circuits, and applications, which are all based on Si. This vertical coverage structure has continued to be the unique feature and strength of SiRF, and successfully contributed to cross-mingling between the diverse but connected technical fields.

SiRF 2013 will continue this trend, with a renewed emphasis on promoting a dialogue between IC designers and researchers promoting non-standard technologies, exploiting the maturity of Silicon processes, but addressing the challenges of tomorrow. The three days of SiRF 2013 will chronicle recent advances in our dynamic field, and provide the platform for developing new ideas, and candid exchange, facilitated by SiRF’s single-session format. As in past years, a line-up of reputed invited speakers will stimulate our discussions, with an emphasis on emerging technologies.

This Meeting will be held during the IEEE Radio Wireless Week (RWW) in Austin, TX with joint sessions between SiRF and the Radio and Wireless Symposium (RWS). Our popular single session format allows active interactions between all participants. Refereed IEEE conference proceedings will be published, and a best student paper competition will be held.
