This highly interactive training course provides participants with detailed insight into the various approaches to negotiation techniques needed to succeed within the Oil & Gas Industry. It draws on real-life examples and structures them as exercises to develop and refine skills such as:

• A multi- party negotiation to structure a Greenfield LNG project – which includes role play for the NOC / IOCs /Development bank and environmental agencies. It is set with real life deadlines and has power shifts during the negotiation
• A bilateral negotiation to structure 5 key commercial terms in a Master Sales Agreement
• Risk Analysis and mitigation techniques
• Resolving disputes
