This year's conference will be touching upon a two-day scheme. The first day will have as a theme, "The New Nordic Way". Where participants will be forging the New Nordic Way to growth. In simpler words, we will tackle global challenges with a local potential mindset, being the Nordic values of business and society. The second day will have as a theme, "Organising for the Future". On this day, participants will get inspired by hearing innovative speakers from leading organizations.
