On world markets for Russian suppliers throughout the year as a whole saved enough adversity. The gradual decrease in quotations on the world market has negatively affected the competitiveness of Russian origin material. In the second half of 2013, there is a gradual decrease in the recess in the country.
Basic shipments for utilities and power generating companies in Russia are carried out under long-term contracts with major suppliers. For small trading companies formed extremely unfavorable conditions.
