The highlight of the show was its 39,400-square-foot Expo Hall, which featured more than 5,000 ingredients and services. More than 3,500 attendees explored nearly 400 booths for the latest developments to innovate new products.
This represents a 5% growth over last year, which means buyers got an even better head start on the competition.
