Join us inncelebrating ODF's 25th Anniversary. ODF is a community of organization design practitioners, students,  researchers, and business leaders. We embrace exploring new ideas, cutting edge practice, and research. Our conference topics include design of public, government,ptivate and non-profit organizations. This conference is limited to 110 people to ensure the dialogue is personal, in-depth and exclusive of many perspectives.

In today's market there are many different forces shaping the way organizational forms emerge, such as advances in communication technology, global competition,diversity of customers, and workforces spanning geopolitical boundaries. As the pace of change increases, we, as organization designers,  must embrace the challenge to "reframe" our conversation of:

What is organization design today?
How relevant today are some of our tried and tested methods of yesterday?
Will the thinking of yesterday provide the organizational solutions for tomorrow?
