Exhibition for HRM, Training and Development in Russia
Nowadays, Human Resource Management is one of the most dynamic business areas. One of the challenges is facing the demographic change: companies need to diversify their workforce regarding age, experience and background.

From 23–24 April 2014, personnel professionals and providers of HR products and services will once again come together for the Personal Moscow trade event, now in its 9th year. Personal Moscow 2014 will focus on key themes such as recruitment, employer branding, continuing education and training and personnel software.

Visitors can access specialist knowledge and expertise at a number of themed events, such as the Personnel and Public Administration lecture series. In 2013 this trade fair attracted a total of 3,663 HR professionals and 89 exhibitors. Visitors to the event were impressed by the Expocentre Trade Fairs venue, now the event’s permanent home, and many commented on the modern ‘feel’ of the event.

Accompanying the exhibition will be a broad programme of activities – visitors can choose from four practical forums where keynote speakers, HR professionals and exhibitors will be presenting the latest trends in the industry, or can head to the ‘action zone’ area where trainers and coaches will be getting visitors involved in some exciting ‘hands-on’ sessions.
