Our history began in 1950 when a group of women courageously banded together to form the Society of Women Engineers. We channel their spirit and tenacity daily, and annually, we continue to build upon the tradition of women helping one another establish a voice and a path in the engineering world. During our annual conference, we bring together leaders, businesses, organizations, universities and innovators in the industry. You bring your enthusiasm, perspective and plenty of business cards. Everyone leaves with inspiration and a renewed sense of pride in the engineering profession.
