Annual Managing Local Talent 2013

In order to achieve successful and sustainable Nationalization, education, training, the transfer of knowledge from expatriate to citizen, better approaches to encouraging citizens into the private sector, and the greater inclusion of women are all significant issues that need to be tackled in order to fulfill the desired goal. Pursuing the same, Fleming Gulf is organizing its “5th Annual Managing Local Talent” scheduled to take place in Doha-Qatar. Through this event, the attendees will get an opportunity to meet, discuss and discover latest nationalization initiatives from key industry players in their respective fields and countries.
