North America Downstream Week 2014

Following a stream of successful international downstream events, the World Refining Association is pleased to invite you to our inaugural North America Downstream Week on 22-24 September in Houston. With unprecedented investment in the region, uncertainty has arisen over new regulations, manufacturing costs, recruiting skilled workforce and future demand.
