In order to allow the transparency & dynamic evaluation of scientific ideas and Innovative thoughts, to encourage collaboration between graduates and reviewers, to avoid delay in publication time, Graduate central (www.graduatecentral.com) was introduced to promote a rapid turnaround in the peer review process. It invites proposals from graduates worldwide, and was designed to approach scientific publishing in open access by Open peer review system.
