June 23 - 24, 2015
Join us at unique event LNG Terminals Masterclass and learn about up-to-date practices and regulations that influence your work as a professional involved in liquified natural gas terminal technologies.

The course will provide an insight to all the aspects of LNG importation projects. It aims to give a view of all the disciplines rather than just a narrow engineering focus, although introducing technology remains the key part of the course. The first part of the course looks at the fundamentals of LNG processing and commercial/market requirements that drive design and operational decisions. Storage tanks and ship unloading are the basic building blocks and the technology decisions and resulting operational performance is discussed. Over the penultimate two sections the course reviews offshore import terminal developments and contrasts these with more traditional onshore designs. The final session is a case study which aims to bring together all the themes of the course.

Key topics:
● Fundamentals of LNG processing
● European Union Permitting Systems
● Jetty operations
● LNG tank operations
● Send out operations
● Road trucking and ship bunkering
● Case studies
