The PMP Course intends to standardize the concepts and terminology used in all industries based on project based environment. Hence the main focus is Time, Cost & Quality Management.
This course is held over 5 Saturdays: Aug 29, Sept 5, 19, 26 & Oct 10.
Objective:
Minimize studying time by simplifying the PMP principles and focusing on the tricks & trade for studying for the exam and ensure full acknowledgment of the material.

To apply for the PMP, one needs to have either:
A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate's degree, or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
OR
A four-year degree (bachelor's degree or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

Understanding the Project Management Fundamentals , Framework and Processes of Project Management based on A guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide )- 5th Edition.
Understanding the Knowledge Areas of Project Management based on PMBOK® Guide 5th Edition.
Become a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) ® by passing the PMP® Examination.
Successfully applying the PM tools and techniques in real time projects.
