The change in the sequence of the genome of a DNA leads to the genetic disorder. Sometimes mutation takes place due to which the protein molecules move one place to another and does not work properly or missed entirely from the genome.These are inheritable from the plants to the children. Some of the disorders like sickle cell anemia, downs syndrome, colon cancer, etc.
