Ensuring Effective Adult Safeguarding 2015

This Ensuring Effective Adult Safeguarding course will provide delegates with an insight into how they can integrate, promote and maintain excellent leadership, to develop and improve adult services. Following the introduction of the Care Act, services with adult safeguarding responsibilities must commit to developing their workforce and ensure that they are implementing the latest guidance. Working with the chair, Sarah Mitchell from the Local Government Association, delegates will explore how to maximise the effectiveness of adult safeguarding boards, enhance quality in adult services and ensure a personalised approach for vulnerable individuals.
