'Meditations for self acceptance and confidence' A half day meditation event looking at how Buddha’s teachings can help us to let go of painful emotional baggage and develop a positive, healthy view of ourself. By learning to accept ourself we can then learn to accept others, improving our relationships and leading us to a happier life.
