Learn the basics of user experience design in this free community workshop where you'll collaborate with a team to engage in the multi-step Design Thinking process. Designers and innovators use Design Thinking and team sprints to answer critical business and social questions through user research, design, and testing. Working with a team of people from all kinds of different industries and backgrounds, you'll learn: Design thinking, a problem-solving methodology that you can apply to any problem in any industry. The process of UX design. Exercises for creative problem-solving. A customer-centric approach to solving business problems. How to design a product and test its potential in under two hours. Led by UX design expert Giles Phillips, the design sprint will be fun and interactive, and you don't need any tech skills to participate.
