BIT's World AIDS Day (HIV) 2011

The 2nd Annual World AIDS Day (HIV-2011) will be held December 1-3, 2011 in Beijing, China. This event will include multinational efforts for education and research in this field, as well as provide direct services to the AIDS community in the world. On behalf of the organizing committee, I cordially invite you to attend this conference to discuss exciting new ideas and achievements in this field.

The prevention of HIV infection and the care and treatment of AIDS patients has become a major priority of global communities, not just a single organization’s effort. To integrate global resources in order to better help millions of AIDS patients, we are calling for the international community to act more decisively in providing the drug therapies that make it possible for people to live productive lives despite their HIV infection. We call upon nations, both rich and poor, and upon the international community to devote themselves more ardently to the control and eventual eradication of HIV/AIDS.
