The International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS) is an international forum for research exchange, especially in the area of Signal Processing and Communication. Had been initiated in 1992 and circulated around the pacific region, the ISPACS 2012 is its 20th. This is the 3rd ISPACS organized in Taiwan since 1992.

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers reporting original work as well as tutorial overviews in all areas of signal processing and communication systems.
