October 14 - 16, 2013    Brême , Allemagne
Drivetrain technology is at the heart of all attempts to make wind energy more cost-efficient. Consequently, the last years have been rich in innovation, with new concepts to suit multi MW turbines and different environments.

The conference will look into practical experience with different designs and best ways to increase reliabilty throughout the drivetrain lifecycle. Turbine manufacturers, wind park operators and component suppliers are invited to share their experience and discuss future improvements in this field.

Featuring 5 case studies of medium-speed drivetrains
• Examine medium speed drives and how they perform in the field
• Review innovative test facilities and tools for reliable results
• Gain the wind park operators’ view on O&M experience and lifecycle cost
• Hear about ways to identify and reduce structure-borne noise
• Find efficient strategies to improve gearbox reliability throughout the lifecycle
