The official opening of InterAGRO 2011, the 7th international exhibition of remunerative highly effective agriculture, and Agro Animal Show 2011, the specialized exhibition of effective animal husbandry and poultry, was held on the 2nd of February 2011.

Among those present at the exhibition opening there were the following officials: Mr. Volodymyr Ladyka, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine; Mr. Jacques Faure, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic in Ukraine; Mr. P.J. Wolthers, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine; Mr. Dr. Hans-Jurgen Heimsoeth, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine; Mrs. Lila Roldán Vázquez de Moine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic in Ukraine; Mr. Sergey Ivanov, Trade Counselor of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, and Mr. Oleg Koval, Deputy Director General of Kyiv International Contract Fair, Ltd.
