The Joint Meeting for Microcirculation and Vascular Biology, which will be held in Munich, Germany, from October 13 – October 16, 2011. This congress will be jointly organized by the European Society of Microcirculation (ESM) and the German Society of Microcirculation and Vascular Biology (GfMVB) and will bring together scientists from all over the world. The venue of the meeting will be the Main Building of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, which is directly located in the centre of the city.
By bringing together colleagues working in experimental and clinical microcirculation and vascular biology, we aim to establish a unique forum for basic and clinical scientists. The meeting will comprise parallel symposia, free oral communications and poster sessions. In addition, the conference will host a major trade exhibition, which will form an integral part of the conference.
The city of Munich also offers plenty of opportunities for shopping and entertainment and during the meeting (October 15, 2011) you also will have the chance to to visit the ‘Munich’s Long Night of the Museums’, where all Museums in Munich are open during the night and interconnected by special bus shuttles.
