International Symposium on VLSI Technology, Systems and Application (VLSI-TSA) 2013

The Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) sponsors the 20th International Symposium on VLSI Technology, Systems and Applications (2013 VLSI-TSA) from 22 to 24 April 2013 at the Ambassador Hotel in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The symposium program will cover 2.5 days technical sessions and a half-day short course. The Best Student Paper Award for the 2012 Symposium will be presented at the opening of the symposium and the Best Student Paper Award for the 2013 Symposium will again be selected during the conference.

In 2013, the VLSI-DAT and the VLSI-TSA will be held again in the same week with three-day overlap. In response to the need of interactions between the technology and design communities, delegates registered for either 2013 VLSI-DAT or 2013 VLSI-TSA will be able to attend the program of both symposia. Original unpublished papers are solicited. Accepted papers will be published by the IEEE and be included in IEEE eXplorer after being presented in the symposium.

2013 VLSI-TSA technical sessions including 2 plenary talks, 2 special sessions on Monolithic 3D Devices and CMOS image Sensor, and numbers of contribution sessions. Meanwhile, 2013 VLSI-DAT and VLSI-TSA will feature a joint plenary session, two joint short courses, along with a panel discussion, a luncheon talk and a TSA short course. Speakers from both design and technology field will give penetrating speeches to all the audience. More details of the conference program session will be released in January, 2013.
