The Joint Meeting of the 23rd IEEE International Symposium on Applications of Ferroelectrics (ISAF) International Workshop on Acoustic Transduction Materials and Devices (IWATMD)
Piezoresponse Force Microscopy Workshop (PFM) will be held at Penn State University in State College, PA, USA from May 12-16, 2014.
We welcome you to State College, PA, USA for this joint meeting. The conference will cover a wide range of topics around ferroelectric & piezoelectric materials and their applications as piezoelectrics, pyroelectrics, electro-optics, capacitors, and memory devices. The synergy that will result from co-hosting ISAF/PFM and IWATMD will enable participants from industry, national laboratories, and academia to gather in a highly interactive environment for technical exchange.
Tutorials will be held on May 12, 2014 covering a wide range of topics including, the fundamentals of ferroelectrics, an introduction to Piezoresponse Force Microscopy, transducer fundamentals, and piezoelectric materials for acoustic transducers.
