The Perfumes & Cosmetics Congress – Regulatory issues , has become the major professional meeting, over the different editions. 520 people were present at the 13th edition, among them, 10% coming from outside France. With the current cosmetic regulation agenda, the 14th edition hopes to be of the same calibre as previous editions.
