Qingdao Kempinski Hotel locates in Qingdao Phoenix International tourism area of the island- the beautiful scenery silver beach bay, covering an area of 209 mu. It has a floor under the ground and 8 floors on the ground. It costs a total 2 billion RMB with a construction area of 98000 square meters. The main building is classic seagulls modeling, which was designed by the famous Chinese top design master- Kai Zhou. The International famous HBA and Colin Bill respectively take charge of the design of interior and the landscape. The hotel owns 45 conference halls with various sizes and different styles. In addition, 7 VIP reception meeting halls were equipped.
