More than 100 exciting and creative exhibitors offering visitors each year, tips and suggestions for a healthy and relaxing summer. They all have the goal to increase the well-being and vitality of the visitors. The first joy of living show in Munich was held in 2008 and was a complete success. Since then, the Mass in the early summer, a permanent institution in the third largest city in Germany. It takes place in the beautiful rooms of the Munich Textile Center (MTC) instead.
